🎮 Playing games
Pick a console from the library, then a ROM. Games boot in your browser — no installs. Use the toolbar for fullscreen, save states, and controller setup. Some consoles (Atari 2600) wait for the START button to begin.
💾 Save states & cloud saves
Save states freeze the game exactly where it is (slot saves + rolling autosaves). Cloud saves sync your battery saves and states to your account, so you can continue on another device. Autosave intervals are configurable in your dashboard.
⏱️ Split timer & speedruns
Enable the split timer in Settings while playing. Hotkeys: Shift+Space start/stop, Shift+Enter split, Shift+. pause, Shift+Backspace undo, Shift+T toggle the splits panel. Give a split a memory trigger (hex address, comparison, value) and it fires automatically. Personal bests are stored per game in your browser.
🏆 Achievements
Link your RetroAchievements account from the RA button in the top bar or your account page to track unlocks alongside your own memory-hook achievements.
🌍 Geo-DOOM
Turn any real-world location into a DOOM level. Enter an address or coordinates, pick a style and difficulty, and play in the browser. By default it uses the freely-licensed FreeDOOM assets; if you legally own DOOM you can upload your IWAD (doom.wad / doom1.wad / doomu.wad) and levels will use the original art.
🛠️ ROM Hack Studio
The Studio extracts real graphics from ROMs so you can paint levels with authentic tiles: pick a ROM, draw with the brush, place 2×2 metasprites, edit palettes (double-click a swatch), and undo/redo with Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Y. Save keeps a version history server-side; Build Patch produces a downloadable BPS patch.
📺 Streaming & multiplayer
Go Live from any game to stream to viewers (WebRTC, with TURN relay fallback). Watch live streams from the Live page, or join multiplayer rooms from the MP menu.
⌨️ Quick settings
The in-game settings menu covers aspect ratio, shaders/filters, fast-forward, volume, and autosave behaviour. Settings sync to your account where supported.
